Name Change for Local Business

Keystone Nissan

6819 Johnson Drive

A fixture of the Mission community for nearly 50 years, the last auto dealership on Johnson Drive is no stranger to change. 2009 brings yet another exciting change to Keystone Chrysler as they welcome the addition of the Nissan brand to their automotive offerings, and also a name change to Keystone Nissan.

Owners Tim & Tom Doherty acquired the Nissan franchise in March from the O’Neill family, allowing Keystone to expand its offerings with their fresh exciting products. Tim Doherty, president, says, “We now have a very broad range of products to offer from fuelefficient compact cars, SUV’s and trucks to the GTR – Nissan’s supercar.

As an enhancement to their factory-trained and certified Chrysler technicians, Keystone now has four Nissan certified techs to diagnose and repair Nissan and Infinity vehicles. Tim adds, “Not every dealership includes a Collision Center in their facility. We’ve always felt it was an important service to offer our customers so they can have their cars repaired by people they trust – especially after an accident.”

Taking part in and sponsoring community events is important to the management staff at Keystone. “Keeping our dollars local and in this community is a priority at Keystone Nissan. We plan on being an active member of the Mission community for another fifty years.” If you haven’t visited the dealership recently, stop by and ask for Tim. He will gladly show you around.
