Information for Artists

All applications for exhibitor booths at the 2009 Arts & Eats Festival must be received no later than September 4, 2009 (download a copy of application form). An exhibit fee of $150 per booth must be submitted with the application. Booth size is a 10’ x 10’ space with electrical access (20 amps). Artists and crafters are required to staff their own booth.

The Mission Arts & Eats Festival will make every attempt to accommodate all requests for specific booth placement. However, requests will be handled first-come, first-served based on the receipt of completed applications with fee payment.

All sales are handled entirely by the artists. All artists are solely responsible for Kansas sales tax. There will be limited security on the grounds overnight. The City of Mission will not be liable in any way for damage, loss or physical injury during the show.
