Thursday, September 9

The City of Mission is proud to present a Private Art Show by local artists, Thursday, September 9, from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Sylvester Powell, Jr. Community Center, 6200 Martway. Arts & Eats Festival participating artists, and their guests, are invited to attend this event. Business attire is recommended.

Friday, September 17

• Set up for Public Art Show 3:00 - 5:00pm
• Funky Mama performance at bandstand 5:00 - 7:00pm
• Catch 22 performance at bandstand 7:00 – 8:00pm
• Charlie & the Stingrays performance at bandstand 8:30 – 10:30pm
• Food vendors, arts & crafts, vendors and inflatables 4:00 - 11:00pm
• BBQ Contest around Sylvester Powell Jr. Community Center 4:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 18

• Rotary Pancake Breakfast, 7:30 - 11:00am
• Shawnee Mission North High School Bands performance 11:30 – 12:30pm
• Shooting Star performance 1:00 - 3:00pm
• Food vendors, arts & crafts vendors and inflatables 10:00am - 4:00pm
• BBQ Contest 10:00am - 3:00pm
• BBQ Contest Awards - 3:30pm
