7th Annual Mission Arts & Eats Festival
September 17th and 18th, 2010

The Mission Arts & Eats Festival is a fun-filled two day event that provides a wide variety of activities and entertainment for the whole family: fine arts and crafts; delicious food; and lively entertainment in a comfortable, relaxed environment that exemplifies the City of Mission!

Last year, thousands of people attended Mission’s Arts & Eats Festival. There’s so much to do, so much to see and so much to smell.

The “Battle of the Brisket State Championship”, a BBQ contest sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society and sponsored by AT&T, takes place in the same place, on the same weekend.

The Mission Arts & Eats Festival is intended to create access to a broad array of art experiences, nurture the development and understanding of diverse art forms and cultures, and encourage the expanding depth and breadth of cultural life in the Greater Kansas City Area and Northeast Johnson County - all while providing community interaction and family entertainment!
