Competition will be held in five categories:

• Pork — Shoulder or Boston Butt –
  Sponsored by Black & Veatch
• Pork Ribs — Baby Back or Spare Ribs –
  Sponsored by Casey’s Auto Repair
• Beef Brisket —Flat or Whole –
  Sponsored by Answer Pro
• Chicken — Any portion of chicken
  Sponsored by Mission Pet Mart
• Dessert—Must be made on-site
  Sponsored by Batson Mission Liquor

We will also present a BBQ Team Spirit Award
