Contest Categories

Competition will be held in five categories:

  • Pork — Shoulder or Boston Butt –
  • Pork Ribs — Baby Back or Spare Ribs –
  • Beef Brisket —Flat or Whole –
  • Chicken — Any portion of chicken
  • Dessert—Must be made on-site
  • Barbeque Side Dish —Must be made on-site
