• Pork Ribs — Baby Back or Spare Ribs –

• Beef Brisket —Flat or Whole –
  Sponsored By Mission Pet Mart
• Chicken — Any portion of chicken
  Sponsored By Black & Veatch

Optional Categories:

• Dessert — Must be made on-site

• Side Dish — Must be made on-site
  Sponsored By Art Glass Productions

The Spirit Award, sponsored by Batson’s Liquor in Mission, will be given to the team showing the most spirit!
