Holiday Lights and Festive sights

“Holiday Lights and Festive Sights” launches the holiday season in Mission in early-December. This event is held on a Friday evening, and features several hours of activities and events for the young and old alike. Our event is held in the Downtown Mission District along Johnson Drive.

The family-friendly event includes:

• A visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus (Santa and his Cyber Sleigh)
• A musical performance of original children’s music and holiday carols
• The Mayor’s holiday tree and street lighting
• Holiday activities for the kids - face painting, coloring books, holiday ornaments and cupcakes to decorate
• Free s’mores and hot chocolate for kids of all ages
• Food vendors
• A special display of musical fireworks will add to the holiday evening.
