Information for Vendors
You are cordially invited to participate in the 2010 Spirit of Mission Days on Friday, May 7th and Saturday, May 8th, 2010.
If you are interested in having a booth at the event, please download a copy of the Vendor Registration form, fill it out, and mail the completed form (along with your payment) to:

Important Information:
Booth Set Up - Vendors must set up on Friday, May 7th between 3:00pm and 4:30pm. Vendors must check-in with City of Mission prior to setting up their booth.
Dropoff - Vendors will be able to enter the site to set up their booth, but will need to move their vehicles to a parking location by 4:30pm.
Exhibitor Cean-Up and Take-Down - You will be able to access your site by vehicle starting at 9:15 pm on both Friday and Saturday night. Each vendor is responsible for the clean-up and disposal of all waste materials.
Rules and Regulations - Vendors must comply with all applicable electrical, fire and health department rules and regulations and all city, state and federal laws.
Hours of Operation - Vendors will be required to remain open during all hours of the event. Hours of operation are:
- Friday, May 7th - 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.; and
- Saturday, May 8th - 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.
